BOOKS To Read
These first 3 books on the list are a must for any serious investor. They are part of a series of books by Robert T. Kiyosaki, a New York Times Best Seller. I would recommend that you read them in the order listed. Read them and then tell other investors about them. They enable you to have the correct "mind set" to be a real estate investor and to truly understand why you CANNOT afford to put if off any longer. Learn what our parents never taught us about money. Learn how to make your money work for you and stop working for money. It just doesn't work!

5. Retire Young, Retire Rich, by Robert T. Kiyosaki with Sharon L. Lechter, C.P.A.
Visit the website for the Rich Dad series: RichDad.com Don't miss out on Cashflow 101, the board game that is fun and educational at the same time. I could play for hours. It really drives home the things that are taught about building a positive cash flow in these books.
